Accessibility of the spa town

It is easy to get here by train, since Hajdúszoboszló lies by the Budapest-Debrecen-Nyíregyháza-Záhony main line. Every express train, six Inter-City trains and two international trains stop here. In the summer there is a direct line to Lake Balaton.

The trunk-road No. 4 that crosses the city connects several roads between the capital and Záhony, ensuring good travel conditions to those who arrive by car or other vehicles. The up-to-date highway No. 3 can also be accessed quickly from here, for example in the direction of Hortobágy-Tiszafüred-Füzesabony.

Overland bus lines connect the city of the "magic spring" with different regions of the country.

Recently there is the opportunity to approach Hajdúszoboszló by air, as well, thanks to Debrecen Airport.

Local transport from the railway station to the town centre and the holiday district is provided by regular bus services and taxies from early in the morning until late at night.
